We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if it any fails to meet your requirement, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your order. Product must have been bought within the last 30 days, be in its original packaging with all accessories and booklets included, and show no signs of damage.

To return a product for repair or replacement or return, please email info@nextorch.co.za and include your full name, shipping address, and phone number as well as details regarding your query.

Shipping charge will be paid by customers for returns and exchanges. If the product was found to be faulty, you will be refunded shipping charges you have actually incurred. 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Due to COVID-19 and worldwide pressures on shipments, timeliness of delivery is not guaranteed. But we will make a shipment ASAP. For the most part, your goods ordered should already be in SA and in this case you should receive the item within 3-5 days. For large orders or where we are temporarily out of stock, the lead time could be 2-4 weeks. Feel free to contact us to check stock levels prior to placing an online order.

2. We use a separate shipping company for our goods. This means that upon shipping, the risk of loss passes to this shipping company. If you receive an order confirmation, but you do not receive your goods in a timely fashion, please contact the shipping company for further details. If the shipping company is unable to help, please contact us and we shall try to help.

3. We cannot be held liable for delayed orders should the shipping company not arrive to collect our shipments on your order day. If this unlikely event occurs, then the order will leave us the following working day.

4. We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience that is caused by delays which are from the shipping company. This could include (but is not limited to) the courier re-directing a parcel to an incorrect address, or being unable to find a customer address.
